The SISCO Manufacturing Company Limited Warranty

This Warranty is given by SISCO Manufacturing Company, Inc., for the benefit of the first purchaser of the product to which the warranty applies. This warranty applies only to those parts which are manufactured and shipped by SISCO Manufacturing Company, Inc.

The part manufactured and delivered by SISCO Manufacturing Company, In. will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the time specified below.

In the event of failure of a part due to such a covered defect, SISCO will repair or replace, at its option, the defective part at its factory.

The part must be returned to the factory at the expense of the person claiming the benefit of the warranty.

The warranty shall be for a period of one year after the date of invoice for expansion joints and metal host products. All synthetic products shall have a 30 day warranty. All prodcts for which warranty claims are made must be returned as provided above to the factory within (30) days from the date of claimed malfunction in order for this warranty to be effective. The only entity authorized to do any repairs is the manufacturer.

The repairs or replacement by SISCO will be accomplished within (90) days from the receipt of the defective parts at the factory.

This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, included the implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose, and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of SISCO and it neither assumes not authorizes any other persons to assume for SISCO and other liabilities in connection with the sale of the products.

This warranty does not cover parts of products made by others or products or any part thereof which shall have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.

In any application there may be inherent risk of bodily injury or property damage. It is solely the Buyer's responsibility to take adequate safety precautions including properly warning and instructin the user as to the approprate manner of use and installation of our product and of the consequences of failure to heed such instructions. It is the Buyer's responsibility to understand the application and limits of the products. This information can be obtained at the factory. Should failure result during use with pressure, corrosive chemicals, elevated temperatures, explosive or flammable materials, serious bodily injury or destruction of property could result from impelled couplings, high pressure or high velocity discharge, chemical of high temperature contact, explosion, or fire.

It is recommended that the inspection of SISCO Products be completed from time to time and put on a schedule, to check for leaking or deterioration on synthetic products. Products that show obvious damage should be disposed of.
